    Idiot, he is using different fingers each time. It’s called old school cooking. In this video, he is NOT cooking for the public, he is doing a cooking demonstration and cooking for his mentor who I’m sure taught him to always use his fingers to taste instead of spoons.

    Personally, I’d be honored if Marco used his fingers to see how good my food tasted before he served it to me.
