I can’t see how having the strong, coffee flavoured dessert first is going to facilitate a decent meal.

It’s more normal for them to be alive than dead.

If nobody orders them, you chuck the lot, make a record of the waste, and order more if necessary.

  6. this french piece of shit is so annoying in this episode…fuck you, you arrogant piece of shit louie.

  7. Fresh and simple works for exclusive fine dining, Simplicity means using a few ingredients that work and isn’t totally complex.

  8. Its part of the just for the day menu, you buy the current day’s shipment then you throw them out or donate it or as ocean said, becomes soup, bisque or even a sandwich special

But I like Gordon Ramsay’s theory about cooking, nothing too fancy, just simple and delicous.

  9. You don’t need much quality to work at fast food joints. He hasn’t had much practice.

  10. Its actually the best you can get! Like said in the vid, you pay hefty amounts to get it that fresh, depending on your location. It will stay alive for a day or two after you receive it, ideally you cook it the same day and sell what you can that service, the rest becomes soup, bisque or even a sandwich specials.

  11. That’s what I mean.. What if nobody orders them? They just eventually starve to death in the fridge or something or do the restaurant keep them until they have to cook them? Seems kind of weird, that’s all :P

  12. thats why they keep them alive…

  13. if you live be the seaside it’s normal. if it’s not ordered, they throw it out.

  14. Were those shellfish alive? Is that normal in a restaurant? What if nobody orders them for a few days?

  15. it’s more about helping out the young chefs and staff working for him rather then saving the actual sugardaddy.

  16. Wow, surprising, someone who made their money quick on fast food sucks at true quality.

  17. I thought Dillon’s was pretty good. That had nothing to do with family.

    3:43- he’s turning scottish again.

  20. Because the original version of the show wasn’t a fricken melodramtic, over formulaic drama. It was about helping failing restaurants, not helping families come together.
