Maze, The London Marriott, Grosvenor Square

The Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square, London is one of the most popular luxury star hotels in the world. It has an equally popular restaurant called Maze, run by Gordon Ramsay. This was opened in 2005, and in 2008, Ramsay and another Michelin rated Chef Jason Atherton opened a new restaurant called Maze Grill. Executive Chef Jason Atherton operates an innovative concept called ‘The Chef’s Table’. Six guests are treated to a menu of their choice, and every detail of the meal is explained by Atherton himself. One can also watch the chefs at work in the kitchen. The restaurant is known for its French-Asian cuisine and holds a Michelin star. Restaurant Director Michael West makes sure that all guests are comfortable, and the hospitality of this restaurant is excellent. Private dining is also possible with five separate rooms being offered. One can reserve any one of the rooms in advance and social events, parties and the like can be held. This restaurant, voted by Time Out as 2005’s best restaurant, is open round the clock. The desserts are very good and are highly recommended.
